Senior Service Designer

Position Description
Are you passionate about crafting seamless, user-centric services? Do you thrive in complex design challenges and love bringing clarity to ambiguity?
We're looking for a Senior Service Designer to join our team and help shape the next generation of digital experiences for our clients.

About the Role
As a Senior Service Designer, you will play a key role in applying design thinking across all phases of the service design process. You'll focus on research, prototyping, and visualization, working with tools like service blueprints and customer journey maps to manage complexity and drive clarity in large-scale digital development.
You'll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure that Service Design principles are embedded throughout the product lifecycle. Your work will directly contribute to strategic alignment, customer satisfaction, and business impact.

Your future duties and responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and facilitate workshops, co-creation sessions, and stakeholder engagements.
• Support strategy implementation and help product organizations embed Service Design into their ways of working. Analyze user and customer journeys to identify pain points and opportunities. Design and deliver service blueprints, ecosystem maps, and experience flows. Translate business strategies and scenarios into actionable design insights.
• Drive change management initiatives to foster customer- and user-centric cultures.
• Balance human, business, and technology needs to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions.

Global Perspective
Experience working in or with global organizations is highly valuable. Ability to navigate cross-cultural contexts, distributed teams, and complex stakeholder landscapes.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
What we're looking for
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Service Design, UX, or Design Strategy.
• Strong skills in design research, facilitation, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in complex environments.
• Experience supporting product teams and aligning design with business goals.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with tools like Miro, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
