The SeniorDirector PMO and Capital Investments, Resins & Technology will be leading the Global Project Management function within Resins Operations with responsibility for leading, governing, and overseeing major capital investment projects across the organization. The role ensures that the project portfolio is aligned with the company's strategic plans and that investments are executed efficiently, safely, and with the required quality across all sites. The function operates globally and supports and drives projects related to operations in Uppsala, Stevenage, Muskegon, and Copenhagen.

This position reports to VP Operations, Resins & Technology and is part of the Resins & Technology Business Unit. The position is based on-site in Uppsala, Sweden.

What you will do:

• Own the planning, prioritization, governance, and execution of strategic capital investment projects across manufacturing, facilities, infrastructure, and site expansion initiatives.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within scope, and within approved budgets.
• Partner closely with senior stakeholders in Operations, R&D, Engineering, Quality, EHS, Supply Chain, Finance, and business leaders to align investments with strategic objectives.
• Establish and maintain project portfolio management processes, reporting structures, and performance metrics.
• Drive financial forecasting, capital expenditure planning, and investment tracking for the project portfolio.
• Leverage Danaher Business System (DBS) methodologies to continuously improve project execution, resource utilization, and operational performance.
• Manufacturing footprint development

Who you are:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Industrial Management, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
• Significant experience leading complex capital investment projects within a manufacturing, life sciences, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated industry environment.
• Proven people leadership experience with responsibility for developing and managing project teams.
• Experience managing large-scale capital expenditure (CAPEX) portfolios and investment budgets.
• Demonstrated knowledge of project management methodologies and portfolio governance frameworks.
• Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders across Operations, Engineering, Finance, Quality, Strategy and Supply Chain functions.
• The role will require frequent travel

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Experience from regulated manufacturing environments.
• PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA, or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience from Process Industry
• Experience leading facility expansion or greenfield/brownfield investment programs.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or Danaher Business System methodologies.
