We’re hiring for the position of Senior Designer Denim for Men, Women to join Gloria Jeans in Dubai.
Gloria Jeans is one of the largest fashion retailers in its home markets, with 600+ stores, more than 7,000 employees and over $1 billion in annual revenue. Now headquartered in the UAE, we're building the next stage of the business around international growth.
The Senior Designer will lead creative development across collections — from concept through to final product — spanning Denim, Knitwear, Activewear, Outerwear and Sweaters.
We're looking for someone with:
- 3+ years of fashion design experience within mass-market, fast-fashion or high-street brands
- Hands-on experience designing denim collections for both men and women
- A Fashion Design degree, plus a track record of successful collections or best-selling products
- Strong knowledge of denim fabrics, fits, washes, garment construction and product development
- Experience creating seasonal concepts, sketches, tech packs and PLM documentation
- Advanced Illustrator, Photoshop and CorelDRAW skills, along with experience in 3D design and AI tools
- Experience overseeing fittings, reviewing samples and taking designs through to production
- Strong commercial instinct and the ability to balance creativity with price, timelines and product performance
- Confident visual communication, presentation and cross-functional collaboration skills
- An AI-native, results-driven and growth-focused mindset
A portfolio featuring relevant denim collections and best-selling products is recommended.
This role is fully based in Dubai, with relocation and visa support provided.
