We’re hiring a Senior Buyer to join Gloria Jeans in Dubai.
Gloria Jeans is one of the largest fashion retailers in its home markets, with 600+ stores, more than 7,000 employees and over $1 billion in annual revenue. Now headquartered in the UAE, we are building the next stage of the business around international growth.
The Senior Buyer will own a key product category — from assortment planning and sourcing to supplier negotiations, forecasting and in-season performance.
We’re looking for someone with:
- 3+ years of buying or product development experience in fashion or fast-paced retail;
- Hands-on experience with seasonal collections, apparel sourcing and supplier negotiations;
- Strong commercial and analytical skills, supported by measurable sell-through, margin, cost or range wins;
- Daily fluency with AI tools such as Claude for analysis, research and everyday work;
- A competitive, score-driven approach and the ambition to outperform last season’s results;
- Strong product instinct, commercial curiosity and the ability to re-plan calmly when priorities change;
- An AI-native, growth-oriented mindset with the resilience and drive to keep improving.
The role is fully based in Dubai. Relocation and visa support are provided.
