Senior Consultant

We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our Professional Services team and support the growth of our business in Sweden.

In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor and senior expert, working closely with clients to deliver high-quality consulting engagements and drive business impact. In addition to client work, you will play a key role in developing and commercializing our service offerings for the Swedish market. As our operations continue to grow, this role may also evolve into leading and developing a team of consultants and experts.

What you'll do

• Act as a senior expert in client engagements mostly within the banking sector, providing advisory services and delivering consulting projects

• Build trusted relationships with clients and support long-term account development

• Develop, refine, and commercialize Professional Services offerings for the Swedish market

• Take ownership of one or more service areas, ensuring their continued development and market relevance

• Support business development activities and contribute to identifying new opportunities with clients

• Collaborate with colleagues across different markets and functions

• Contribute to the growth and development of our Professional Services business
  

What we're looking for

• Strong banking sector experience and deep expertise in at least one of the following areas: regulatory reporting, risk management, ALM or treasury.

• Proven experience in a senior consultant, advisor, or similar client-facing role

• Experience supporting business growth in the Swedish market

• Strong ability to understand client needs and translate them into practical solutions

• Experience delivering projects and managing multiple stakeholders

• Commercial mindset with an interest in developing and growing service offerings

• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders

• Willingness to travel within Sweden and occasionally to other company operating regions when needed

• Fluency in English; Swedish language skills are strongly preferred due to the client-facing nature of the role.
  

Nice to have

• Relevant technical skills such as SQL, Python, Power BI

• Experience developing, packaging, or commercializing consulting services or professional service offerings

• Previous responsibility for client account development or sales support activities

• Experience working in a growth company environment

• Interest in building and developing a team as part of a growing business

The compensation range for this role is 50-75K SEK / month, depending on seniority. In addition to base salary, we offer annual bonuses and a yearly-renewed Partner program.
