Position Description>
Great technology doesn't guarantee successful transformation.
People do.
Organizations invest heavily in new technologies, processes and ways of working. Yet many transformation programmes fail to deliver the expected business value-not because the technology is wrong, but because the organization never fully adopts the change.

Your future duties and responsibilities>
About the role
As part of our team, you will help organizations turn transformation strategies into lasting business outcomes.
Working at the intersection of business, technology and people, you will support clients through complex transformation programmes, helping them build organizational readiness, accelerate adoption and embed new ways of working.
This is not traditional HR change management.
This is Business Transformation.
What you'll do
You will advise clients on organizational readiness, assess business impacts and define practical adoption strategies that help organizations realize the full value of their transformation investments.
Working closely with business leaders, transformation teams and technology specialists, you will help ensure that change is understood, adopted and sustained.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role>
You have experience from consulting or large-scale transformation programmes and enjoy solving complex business challenges.
You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and are comfortable working with senior stakeholders in fast-moving environments.
You have clear and documented experience in areas such as organizational change, digital transformation, enterprise system implementations or business transformation, a combination of these areas is highly valued.
