What you'll do You will advise clients on organizational readiness, assess business impacts and define practical adoption strategies that help organizations realize the full value of their transformation investments. Working closely with business leaders, transformation teams and technology specialists, you will help ensure that change is understood, adopted and sustained. Who you are You have experience from consulting or large-scale transformation programmes and enjoy solving complex business challenges. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and are comfortable working with senior stakeholders in fast-moving environments. You have clear and documented experience in areas such as organizational change, digital transformation, enterprise system implementations or business transformation, a combination of these areas is highly valued.
