Role and Responsibilities

As a SAP FSM Specialist, you are the application expert that enables our service organisation to primarily plan, execute and report service activities. Together with colleagues in our global business transformation programme, you work closely with Business Process Owners, especially in the processes of Lead to Cash and Install to Decommission.

To support these processes, the SAP FSM application will be prepared and rolled out in all Market areas, both in the direct channels and in the indirect channels where we work with Dealers. On-farm services such as Preventive maintenance and the wider concept of Performance plans are in focus as well as capturing the installed base of equipment to proactively drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.

In this role you will

• Manage SAP FSM as application business owner
• Create a governed and standardized configuration of the SAP FSM application to fit with requirements defined by Business process owners (BPO)
• Align process requirements with the Functional IT lead and participate in requirements specification and application testing

• Analyse data to define best practice, adhering to SAP standard
• Run key user trainings created together with Business process owner
• Participate and drive rollouts of SAP FSM in our Market areas and Sales organisations

The SAP FSM Specialist is part of a team that manages the global Lead to cash process. This process covers all activities related to marketing and selling of products and services. It also covers the management of customers and channels as foundational elements of the process (CRM and PRM).

Qualifications

To be successful in this role we believe that you have:

• 5+ years in operational- or consultancy roles relevant to this job description
• Field service management expertise and SAP FSM experience
• A strong drive to make processes, applications and behaviour add value to our customers. You comfortably facilitate cross-team workshops and trainings
• Excellent communication skills and change management experience
• University degree, MSc or similar. Fluent in English, MS office skills, Driver license and ability to travel

This is a full-time permanent position based at DeLaval's Headquarters in Tumba, south of Stockholm. We offer a hybrid workplace model, allowing flexibility to work remotely.
