The Nordic region is one of NEW YORKER's active growth markets, and recruitment plays a key role in supporting that growth. The focus is on management-level hiring, while also maintaining and improving the processes that keep store-level recruitment running smoothly.

In this role, you will be driving recruitment processes for our Sales Team across Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Iceland. You will work closely with Area Managers, Store Managers, HR colleagues and our international teams to ensure a structured, efficient and candidate-focused recruitment process. It is a strategic ownership role for someone who can manage multiple hiring processes across four markets while continuously making the function more structured and efficient.

What you will own

End-to-end recruitment for retail management roles across the Nordic markets, from job posting through to offer

Screening, interviewing and candidate management across multiple processes

Hiring manager enablement: advising Store and Area Managers on structured interviewing, candidate evaluation and process best practices

Candidate experience: ensuring communication is timely, professional and consistent at every stage

ATS data quality and recruitment KPI reporting

Employer branding for the region: local campaigns, job fairs and channel development, in collaboration with our Employer Branding team in HQ in Germany

Ongoing process improvement: templates, tools, interview formats and sourcing channels

Alignment with local HR team and international recruitment colleagues to ensure local practices reflect global standards

Who you are

You have solid experience in talent acquisition, ideally in a fast-paced environment such as retail, fashion, hospitality or e-commerce. You understand the challenges of high-volume hiring and know how to balance speed and quality without compromising either. Beyond the hands-on recruiting, you are the kind of person who can see the gaps in a process and fixes them without being asked.

Proven end-to-end recruitment experience, with confidence across the full cycle

Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously without losing quality or candidate experience

Strong stakeholder management and the ability to build trust with hiring managers

Fluent in English and Swedish or another Scandinavian language, German is an advantage

Experience with ATS platforms and digital recruitment tools

An interest in employer branding and how attraction strategy connects to hiring outcomes

Structured, service-minded and genuinely self-driven
