About us
Founded in 1993, Immobiltrend Group is an independent real estate group with several agencies across the French Riviera. We specialize in premium residential properties and assist an international clientele looking to buy or sell on the Côte d'Azur.
As our Scandinavian client base continues to grow, we are looking for a Real Estate Sales Agent with strong connections to the Scandinavian community.
Your profile
You are fluent in English, French, and at least one Scandinavian language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish or Finnish).
You already have strong personal or professional connections in Menton, the French Riviera, or within the Scandinavian community.
You are outgoing, ambitious and enjoy building long-term relationships.
You have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Previous experience in real estate or sales is appreciated but not essential. Your network, motivation and personality are what matter most.
Your responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with Scandinavian buyers and sellers.
Build and expand your own client portfolio through networking and business development.
Conduct property viewings and advise international clients.
Negotiate offers and support clients throughout the entire sales process.
Represent Immobiltrend Group within the Scandinavian community and develop our presence in this market.
