This role involves driving scope, planning, governance, stakeholder alignment, budget management, and rollout execution in collaboration with various teams.
Responsibilities
- Own overall delivery, scope, timeline, budget, and reporting.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Technology and Business.
- Establish and maintain the integrated roadmap with Smart Store and CCP.
- Drive risk, dependency, and issue management.
- Secure funding, business cases, and investment planning.
- Lead rollout planning and execution across markets.
- Ensure adoption of infrastructure standards, designs, and guardrails.
- Provide governance updates to sponsors and leadership teams.
