Job Description

The client is seeking a skilled Production Development Specialist / Project Manager to join the Factory Development team. This role focuses on driving manufacturing investments and industrialization initiatives, ensuring efficient planning and execution of production-related projects.

The selected candidate will be responsible for leading early-stage feasibility studies for machinery investments, defining technical solutions, and evaluating key factors such as cost, timelines, and production footprint. There is also an opportunity to oversee the full lifecycle of investment projects through execution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead pre-study activities for machinery and production investments, including feasibility analysis

Define and establish technical concepts aligned with manufacturing requirements

Evaluate and plan investment parameters such as cost estimation, lead time, and production footprint

Drive project execution for approved investments when required

Collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project coordination

Prepare and deliver high-quality executive-level presentations and reports

Support decision-making through structured analysis and clear communication

Contribute to continuous improvement in production development processes

Required Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing investments or industrialization environments

Proven track record in managing or supporting production-related projects

Experience working in cross-functional and dynamic industrial settings

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of manufacturing investments and industrialization processes

Project management and coordination capabilities

Excellent organizational and planning skills

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

Education Requirement

Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field
