What's the role about?

We're looking for a Product Manager who will join our Product & Engineering team. You thrive on connecting the big picture with the small details. In this role, you'll combine forward-thinking with hands-on product management to make our product vision a reality. You'll be part of a team dedicated to shaping the future of employee engagement and will work closely with colleagues across Product &Engineering, Customer Experienceand Commercial.

AI is a natural part of how we work. It's built into all of our development, and we expect it to be part of how product management is done too. You'll use AI every day to research, prototype, analyze and write faster and better, and you'll help shape how we keep evolving our ways of working.

You'll also own the analytics behind the product. We grow through both product-led and sales-led motions, and data is at the heart of both. You'll make sure we understand how users discover, adopt and get value from the platform. You'll turn that understanding into clear insights and reporting for leadership.

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate product initiatives from research to release.
• Dive into the details: understand our product deeply and contribute with hands-on technical curiosity.
• Use AI as a core part of your PM toolkit: for user research, hypothesis creation, rapid prototyping, specifications, and data analysis.
• Work closely with an engineering team where AI is part of every step of development, and help us find new ways to build better and faster.
• Explore how AI can create new value for our customers within the product.
• Own product analytics across our growth model: define and follow up on metrics for activation, adoption, conversion and retention in our product-led motion.
• Support our sales-led motion with product insights, such as usage signals and adoption data. Work closely with Commercial and Customer Experience to help them win and grow customers.
• Turn data into clear, reliable reporting on product performance and progress to leadership.
• Stay on top of industry research and translate insights into product improvements.
• Communicate effectively across teams - acting as a bridge between tech, design, and business.
• Balance structure and flexibility: follow processes where they matter, adapt where needed.
• Prioritize the product roadmap, write clear specifications, and ensure smooth delivery.
• Contribute to a culture of learning, collaboration, and low prestige.

To thrive in the role we believe that you ...

• Have several years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally within SaaS.
• Are an active user of AI tools in your daily work, and curious about how AI changes the way products are built and managed.
• Are analytical and data-driven: you're comfortable with product analytics, defining metrics and digging into data yourself.
• Understand how product-led and sales-led growth work together in B2B SaaS, ideally with hands-on experience from both.
• Enjoy combining structured, process-driven work with the ability to pivot when priorities shift.
• Are curious and research-driven: you keep up with industry studies and trends.
• Possess strong communication skills, can align diverse stakeholders and turn complex data into clear stories.
• Value listening, learning, and collaboration over prestige.
• Are comfortable working on several parallel projects and keeping an overview of the whole.
• Write and speak fluent Swedish & English.

Role details

• Start: Winter 2026/27
• Extent: Full-time
• Location: Our HQ in Malmö, with possibility to hybrid work

This role requires authorization to work in Sweden as it's based in Sweden. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship at this time, but we welcome applications from everyone eligible to work in the EU.
