You will have a central role, owning the commercial development of our products and reporting to the Director of Marketing, Product and Innovation. With a strong customer focus, you will engage customers, conduct surveys, and analyze feedback to generate valuable insights that guide our product strategy and meet customer expectations and market demands. You will do this together with your teammates, and additionally, you will collaborate cross-functionally with IT, sales and customer service team to ensure our products meet market needs and drive business growth.

Do you want to do this?
- Take responsibility for the commercial development of the products
- Own the customer journey for each product
- Lead development projects in collaboration with product owners and IT
- Conduct surveys and analyses
- Be responsible for product positioning, pricing and terms of use
- Ensure that relevant communication reaches different target groups
We believe you have
- At least 5 years of experience from a similar role
- Experience from turning analyses into insights and actions
- Experience with CX/UX
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish and English
- Experience from a fin-tech and or payments is considered meritorious

- Good at taking initiative and driving projects forward
- Communicative, coordinating and cooperative
- Both operational and strategic with a genuine customer focus
