As Product Development Manager, based at our Stockholm office, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering our premium jersey and fleece collections. Working at the intersection of design, suppliers and production, you ensure each product meets our standards for quality, sustainability, cost and timing - bringing structure, expertise and precision to the development process.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As Product Development Manager you will contribute to the development of high-end quality collections for the jersey and fleece product category.

  • Maintain accurate product data in PLM (BOMs, development details)
  • Monitor budgets and support cost control throughout development
  • Build strong supplier partnerships, including on-site collaboration
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure aligned, on-time delivery

WHO YOU ARE

You have high aspirations and focus on details that create substantial impact. You enjoy working as a team and you embrace feedback to develop yourself and others. You are curious and thrive in a dynamic environment. Cooperation, respect, and clear communication are important, along with your ambition to learn and grow. If these qualities speak to you, we would love to have you on our team.

Specific personal qualities for this role:
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a structured and process-driven approach
  • Strong sense of ownership with the ability to follow through and deliver to completion
  • Able to manage multiple timelines and priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong technical understanding of garment construction and development processes
  • Solid experience in costing and supplier negotiations
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience working with PLM systems is a plus
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken

What matters most to us is not whether you master all the listed knowledge and skills. We are dedicated to recognising the potential in each individual. We embrace diversity of people as well as ideas and viewpoints and encourage everyone's individual expression of their own identity.
