About the role:
You will join the Electrolux Group HQ European Retail Marketing team, owning a key consumer-facing Product Catalogue Tool (PCT) used across European markets. This is a hybrid role supporting project development, service ownership, and operational support in a IT system landscape.You will collaborate closely with internal teams, external agencies, and retail users to improve, and scale the tool together with the team.
In detail, you will:
- Support the end-to-end responsibility for the Product Catalogue Tool (PCT), including project management, user support and system coordination.
- Work closely with an external development agency, supporting weekly prioritization and ensuring delivery within budget.
- Collaborate internally with teams such as IT and B2B teams, and internal PCT users
- Manage bugs and requests, ensuring timely resolution and communication to stakeholders
- Maintain and update content within the CMS (Episerver) and support the registration journey
- Organize and engage the PCT key user community across markets
- Leverage technical understanding to navigate with system dependencies.
- Bring experience within digital or IT environments, CMS platforms, and service ownership or ticket management
- Communicate effectively and manage stakeholders to drive collaboration and business outcomes

Qualifications and requirements:
- Project management, preferably within digital platforms or IT-related environments.
- Experience in CMS (Old EpiSever).
- Experience as a Product Owner is considered a plus.
- Service ownership, support, or ticket management experience
- Solution-oriented and improvement-driven preferred.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written; additional languages are considered a plus
