Together with TRATON and our sister brands MAN, Volkswagen Truck & Bus, and International, we are working to shape the future of mobility with innovative and environmentally conscious solutions.

Role Summary

We are looking for a Process Manager Data Management & People Analytics to strengthen how People data and analytics support business decisions within our assigned Business Areas and the Finance and P&C Communities.

In this business-oriented role, you will connect business needs with global P&C processes, data governance and analytics capabilities. Working from a dual perspective, you will support the adoption of global standards within our Business Areas while contributing to the priorities of the Finance and P&C Communities. As part of the Cross Area Team, you will also contribute to broader initiatives where your expertise adds value, adapting to changing business needs and priorities.

Job Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Connect business needs with data and People analytics: Identify opportunities where People Analytics can improve decision-making and translate business needs into data, reporting and analytics requirements.
  • Strengthen data quality and governance: Support the adoption of global P&C processes, data standards and definitions. Collaborate with stakeholders to improve data quality, clarify ownership and resolve issues through established governance channels.
  • Enable self-service and data-driven ways of working: Guide and train stakeholders in using trusted People data, analytics tools and insights in everyday decisions.
  • Drive collaboration, change and adoption: Work across business functions, P&C and specialist teams to facilitate discussions, build alignment and support sustainable behavioural change.
  • Support AI-related transformation: Help turn AI capabilities into practical business value, supporting adoption and contributing to the team's AI upskilling journey.

Enable actionable insights: Support the development and use of People Analytics, reports and dashboards to help stakeholders understand trends and make informed decisions.

Who You Are

We believe you are an experienced P&C professional with a background in similar business-facing roles or P&C Business Partnering, combining broad P&C understanding with Data Management & People Analytics capabilities.

You enjoy working close to the business, navigating organisational complexity and turning People data into meaningful insights and business value. You build strong stakeholder relationships and thrive in a changing environment where priorities evolve.

We believe you also bring:

  • Proven experience with HR data, People Analytics, data governance, reporting, business intelligence or HR process management.
  • Good understanding of data management principles, including governance, stewardship, data quality, ownership and accessibility.
  • Ability to identify analytics opportunities, translate business needs into actionable insights, and perform basic analysis, reporting and visualisation.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, with experience supporting change and adoption.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Management, Analytics, Information Systems or a related field.

Experience with self-service analytics, digital transformation or AI-related change would be an advantage.

This Is Us

You will join a collaborative team within P&C Enabling Functions, working across organisational boundaries and close to the business.

Our team works close to the business, connecting business needs with P&C expertise and turning strategic priorities into practical results. We value collaboration, flexibility and the ability to navigate organisational complexity and changing priorities.

The role offers an opportunity to combine your P&C experience with Data Management & People Analytics, contribute to better business decisions and help develop more effective, data-driven ways of working within our Business Areas and the Finance and P&C Communities.

We encourage curiosity, continuous learning and the willingness to explore how AI and new technologies can create business value.

Scania Offers

We offer a dynamic and engaging workplace where collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement are part of everyday life. You will be part of a strong team environment that encourages knowledge sharing and close cooperation across functions.

With a structured development plan and a wide range of training opportunities, Scania supports your professional growth both locally and internationally.

Benefits include access to our health center in Gröndal or a wellness allowance, result bonus, flexible working hours, and company car leasing. Scania also arranges events for employees and their families, and for those living in Stockholm, convenient commuting is supported through direct Scania Job express buses to Södertälje.
