About the role:
As a Power Platform developer in our Center of Excellence, you join a team that owns the platform end to end. We handle administration and governance on the platform, and we work with business units across the bank to help them build apps, automations and AI agents that support our transformation journey.

This is a developer role, but expect to spend a lot of time alongside other teams rather than in your own backlog. You will help projects and initiatives to succeed by providing support, guidance and training. Some weeks that might mean co-building, other weeks it could mean workshops, and sometimes it's an honest conversation about why something shouldn't be built the way it's been drawn up.


In this role you will:

• Run enablement in practice: workshops, templates, reusable patterns, development standards, and the maker community around them
  

• Guide business teams through their Power Platform work, from first idea to a solution they can own and maintain themselves
  

• Help teams make solutions safe and compliant by default, covering environment strategy, DLP, access, agent grounding and data handling, and explain the reasoning behind it
  

• Contribute to how the CoE itself runs: tooling, monitoring and the platform standards we ask the bank to follow
  

• Follow where the platform is heading, and translate that into practical guidance for our makers
  

• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in a utomation development
  

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

• Hands-on experience building and developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform
  

• Experience with Copilot Studio or comparable agent tooling
  

• Some scripting or pro-code background such as PowerShell, C# or JavaScript, enough to extend the platform when low-code runs out
  

• Automation experience (i.e., RPA, PowerShell , CI/CD or any cloud-based automation tool , etc.)
  

• Familiarity with Azure Cloud services
  

• The ability to teach. You can take someone from confused to confident without taking over their keyboard
  

• Strong communication skills and comfort working with stakeholders at varying levels of technical fluency
  

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  

• Fluency in English, written and spoken
