Brocc is a specialized niche bank on an ambitious growth journey, backed by strong institutional investors and a clear strategic vision. Combining deep expertise in consumer finance with technology and NPL acquisition and restructuring, Brocc is building a leading debt finance platform across the European credit market.

Now, we're looking for an analytically strong Portfolio Manager to take responsibility for Brocc's Nordic NPL portfolios. The role offers an opportunity to work at the intersection of debt investing, portfolio management and quantitative analysis, with significant ownership in a growing business area.

We're looking for someone who enjoys getting into the details of complex portfolios and understanding what drives performance, while also thriving in a collaborative environment with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.

What you'll do

You'll be responsible for monitoring and analysing Brocc's acquired NPL portfolios across the Nordic market, with a focus on portfolio performance, cash flows and long-term value creation.

A key part of the role is working closely with external Loan Servicing Partners, analysing performance against business plans and identifying actions to improve portfolio outcomes.

In practice, that means:

• Monitoring and analysing Nordic credit portfolios, including KPIs, cash flows, performance against business plans and underlying value drivers.
• Managing and evaluating Loan Servicing Partners, including repayment plans and proposed settlements.
• Supporting the onboarding of newly acquired portfolios and contributing to due diligence for new acquisitions.
• Working closely with Finance and Treasury on forecasting, provisions and portfolio valuations.
• Collaborating across functions, including Legal and Compliance, and continuously improving processes as the business grows.

Who you are

You have a few years of relevant professional experience and a strong analytical foundation. Your background could be as a Portfolio Analyst, Investment Analyst, or in a similar analytically focused role within banking, credit, investments, fintech or a related field.

You combine quantitative skills with strong interpersonal capabilities. You're comfortable working with complex financial data, but equally confident engaging with stakeholders, challenging assumptions and turning analysis into clear actions.

• Strong quantitative and financial analysis skills, with experience working with financial data.
• An understanding of credit investments, portfolio analysis or related areas.
• A curious and problem-solving mindset, with an interest in understanding the drivers behind portfolio performance.
• A collaborative and pragmatic approach, with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
• A high level of ownership and the ability to thrive in an evolving, entrepreneurial environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English.
