Head of Asset Finance Sweden

Join Asset Finance Sweden as Head of Asset Finance Sweden and lead the business through an important transformation. As part of a Nordic Asset Finance organisation, you will combine strong local leadership and customer focus with close collaboration across countries and functions.
Asset Finance Sweden is an integral part of our Nordic organisation, and you will work closely with colleagues and stakeholders across the Nordic countries to share expertise, align priorities and translate common ambitions into strong local execution.
What you will be doing
You will lead our Asset Finance business in Sweden across sales and operations. A key priority will be to guide the organisation through a business transformation that will develop how we serve customers, collaborate and work. The transformation will be supported by the introduction of a new IT system and by applying AI in relevant areas. Throughout the transformation, you will maintain our commitment to customer relationships, operational effectiveness and the cultural values that define our Swedish business.
You will:

• Have full PnL responsibility for our Swedish Asset Finance business
• Lead and develop the Swedish organisation across sales and operations
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with Swedish customers and partners
• Contribute actively to the Nordic Asset Finance organisation and build strong collaboration, knowledge sharing and alignment across countries and functions
• Manage HR responsibilities and serve as country caretaker for the broader team
• Engage stakeholders across Sweden, the Nordic organisation and the wider bank to turn common priorities into effective local execution

About you
You have a genuine and transparent communication style and the confidence to voice opinions constructively. You build trust, create openness and bring people together across organisational and national boundaries. We see that you are an effective learner with the ambition to stay, grow and contribute over the long term.
Your profile:

• Fluent Swedish speaker with strong English communication abilities
• Leadership experience from customer-facing businesses and complex organisations
• Broad business knowledge across sales, risk, operations and transformation, together with the ability to collaborate effectively across countries and functions

Experience leading business transformation and implementing new technology would strengthen your application. Familiarity with AI-enabled ways of working is an advantage, but the emphasis is on your ability to lead the business, engage people and turn technology into practical improvements for customers and colleagues.
