Are you the one...?

We're looking for someone who's just as much a strategist as connector, someone who turns ideas into action and won't call an initiative done until it's fully in use. You have an international background as a senior HRBP, HRIS or similar, with a strong record of digitizing HR and putting AI to work.

You describe yourself as a perfect blend of heart and data, and a front-runner in taking HR into the future. On top of your day-to-day support to managers and employees, you'll be a close sparring partner to our CHRO, who expects you to help shape the strategy and turn it into reality. Your Mission

As People Operations Manager, you'll combine daily hands-on support with strategic ownership. You'll be the go-to person who supports and guides both managers and employees, always challenging what can be streamlined with AI. Backed by a strong in-house Tech/AI team, you´ll have support just steps away!

The mission includes digitalization of manual HR processes across all our markets, continuously developing our HiBob platform to keep pace with the business. You work closely with the CHRO, from building the teams of tomorrow to developing the leaders who run them.

In Details

Shaping HR Processes & Digitalization - Digitalize and AI-enable manual HR processes across our markets (onboarding, contracts, approvals, reporting), continuously developing our HiBob platform to boost efficiency, data quality and compliance with local labor law.

People Operations - Be the go-to person on HR processes, policies, system questions, labor law and collective agreements, and own the group's onboarding program end to end.

Career Development & Skills Investment - Map future skills need, spot talent early, and initiate programs that turn potential into performance.

Employee Surveys & Engagement - Drive our employee engagement surveys end to end and support managers to turn feedback into action plans that make sense.

Compensation & Compliance - Own the annual pay equity analysis and salary review and ensure compliance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive.

Administration & Documentation - Own yearly reporting, sick leave administration, collective agreements, the benefits portal, and make sure our guidelines keep the work environment healthy and compliant.

As our HRIS & Business Partner goes on parental leave, this role's focus may evolve during 2028, shaped by the business, your strengths, and the whole team's talent.

Your Profile

International background, ideally from a scale-up, with broad HR expertise and a genuine drive to use AI and data to change the way HR works. Strategic, data-driven decisions come naturally, and you're just as comfortable starting an initiative as driving it to the finish line.

You lead yourself with a strong inner drive, prioritize with confidence, and move fast in both thought and action. Your social intelligence builds trust at every level, your energy is contagious, and you combine relationship-building with real integrity.

You're already convinced that company culture matters, and that it shapes both people and business outcomes. It's not "an HR thing." It's everyone's responsibility. For you, it comes naturally to lead by example and guide the way.

Furthermore, you have

• Relevant academic degree

• Several years of experience in HR, with demonstrated ownership of an HRIS platform

• You've previously implemented skills development strategies

• Solid understanding of Swedish labor law but also experience from multi-country HR

• Track record of digitalizing manual routines, driving system adoption and using AI in daily HR work

• You communicate with mastery both in writing and out loud

• Fluent in both English and Swedish, written and spoken including excellent communication skills
