About the Role

As part of our Economic Crime Prevention (ECP) transformation journey, we are focused on enhancing efficiency and quality in the fight against financial crime. With a growing volume of fraud investigations, the need for scalable, governed, and digital-first systems is more urgent than ever.

We are leveraging thePega Client Lifecycle Management (CLM)framework to support this ambition - enabling digitalization, better governance, and integrated reporting. With upcoming expansions in KYC data integration and a strategic move to the Cloud, we are looking for an experiencedPega Developerto join our team and support this critical transformation.
Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using the Pega CLM framework
• Contribute to KYC data integration and support cloud migration readiness
• Ensure scalable, high-quality, and governed solutions within financial crime prevention
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and support team members

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in Pega application development, preferably with Pega CLM
• Experience with SQL and preferably Java/Web development
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team mindset
• Proven ability to handle multiple complex tasks with a problem-solving attitude
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Living in or near Stockholm and able to work on-site full-time initially, and later >50% of the week

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience with Pega CLM implementations
• Background in financial services, particularly in compliance or anti-financial crime areas

Competence Level

B-competence level(corresponding to Senior Consultant or Manager):

• 4-6 years of relevant consulting experience
• Deep domain knowledge
• Ability to independently solve complex problems and lead others
