As an Operations Engineer...

You will gain unique insight into the operations of a large international telecom operator. You will be part of a highly motivated team responsible for monitoring and managing platforms and mobile networks across Telia's Nordic, Baltic, and international markets. In this role, you will primarily work on identifying, analyzing, reporting, and resolving incidents while continuously learning and growing in a rapidly evolving technology landscape.

You will actively collaborate across different functions in Telia to overcome challenges, contribute to automation initiatives, and support the team in delivering exceptional service. This position requires you to work in a secure facility with shift-based hours, ensuring 24/7 operational monitoring.

Who we're looking for...

We value team members with diverse backgrounds and skill sets who are eager to learn and contribute. While technical degrees or certificates are advantageous, your ambition, mindset, and willingness to grow are equally important. The employment is in a secure facility and Swedish citizenship is required for the security check process. You should also be able to work outside office hours in shift, as it is a 24/7 operations monitoring center for all network and services for the Nordics, Baltics and internationally.

Your Skills and Experience:

• A technical background in Telecom, IT, or networks.
• A high-level understanding of mobile networks.
• Fluency in spoken and written Swedish and English.
• Experience in routing and switching (preferred).
• Experience in network monitoring and incident event management.
• Bonus: Technical customer support experience.
