Your role & influence as Operations Center Engineer

Responsibility : You are responsible for maintaining operational oversight of customer environments and ensuring incidents, alerts, and service requests are handled efficiently and according to established processes. Through your contribution, customers can rely on stable and well-managed IT services.

Collaboration : Together with your team you will ensure seamless service delivery, to resolve customer issues effectively and contribute to continuous service improvements. You'll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with cross-functional Managed Services teams across Dustin.

Core activities :

• Monitor infrastructure and network environments connected to our customers Managed Services, proactively handling alerts and ensuring stability, performance, and reliability
  

• Manage incidents and service requests from start to resolution, acting as a key point of contact and providing clear communication throughout the process
  

• Perform proactive maintenance and operational tasks for Managed Services, while collaborating with internal teams to continuously improve service delivery and customer experience

• You have experience supporting customer IT environments in an operations, support, or Managed Services setting
  

• You have knowledge of infrastructure and networking concepts, with experience of LogicMonitor and Microsoft Managed Services considered an advantage
  

• You communicate clearly and work effectively with both colleagues and customers
