Join Our Team as an OMS Engineer!

Are you ready to make an impact in operations management? We're looking for a skilled OMS (Operations Management System) Engineer to join our Operations Excellence team in Sweden (flexible location in the Gothenburg Area).

In this role, you will:

• Implement key elements of the SmartReM digital suite, including performance tracking, resource planning, and data analytics.
• Train and support Site management teams at various sites.
• Ensure our solutions align with global and regional OMS standards while meeting site-specific demands.
• Collaborate with OMS Advisors to drive continuous improvement and establish new technologies like SmartOps.

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 3 years of operational experience in warehouse logistics.
• Experience in industrial engineering projects and cross-functional collaboration (IT/operations).
• Skills in process mapping, change management, coaching, and training.
• Experience in performance management and continuous improvement.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.
