Beskrivning

We are looking for a Nordic Product Owner for our websites and digital online booking services. In this role, you will manage and prioritise the development of customer-facing digital services across Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland.

As Nordic Product Owner, you will manage the product backlog, coordinate external development partners and translate the shared Nordic roadmap into clear priorities and development work.

The role requires a strong ability to balance business needs, customer experience and technical dependencies across multiple platforms, integrations and stakeholders. You will work closely with local business units across the Nordics, external partners and Belron® Group teams in the UK.

You do not need to be a developer, but a good technical understanding and experience working with digital platforms and development teams is important. This will help you make informed prioritisation decisions and collaborate effectively with both developers and business stakeholders.

About the team

You will be part of the Nordic Digital team within the Nordic IT organisation and report to the Nordic Digital Manager. The team includes specialists within UX, analytics, CRO/growth and development, and acts as a shared Nordic competence centre supporting local business units across the region.

The team works closely with both IT and the local business units to ensure that digital development is technically sound, customer-focused and clearly connected to business priorities.

Our purpose is to build and continuously improve digital services that make it easy for customers to interact with Carglass® while enabling local markets to benefit from specialist competences that would be difficult to build and maintain independently.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day product priorities for websites and online booking services, supporting clear prioritisation decisions and ensuring that development work is aligned with the shared roadmap and agreed business value.

  • Contribute to the shared Nordic roadmap by bringing together customer needs, business priorities, data insights and technical dependencies

  • Prioritise data-driven development initiatives based on customer value, business impact, technical dependencies and available budget.

  • Coordinate and manage the relationship with our external development team and development partners.

  • Ensure that digital solutions are robust, scalable and aligned with both customer needs and business priorities.

  • Understand and coordinate dependencies between websites, CMS platforms, online booking journeys, backend integrations and other connected systems.

  • Translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories for developers and digital specialists.

  • Support continuous improvement of customer journeys, conversion and customer delight.

  • Drive structured follow-up, documentation and communication around priorities, progress and decisions.

  • Collaborate closely with local stakeholders across Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland, as well as with Belron® Group teams and specialists.

  • Ensure that available development capacity is used effectively and delivers maximum value for customers, local markets and the Nordic business.

Technology landscape

Our digital platforms are built using modern technologies including Next.js, Storyblok CMS, Microsoft Azure and .NET/C#. Experience from similar technology environments is an advantage, although hands-on development experience is not required.

We believe you are

  • A structured and well-organised Product Owner, Digital Product Manager or project leader with experience from websites, online services, e-commerce or other customer-facing digital platforms.

  • Someone with several years of experience working with backlog management, prioritisation and stakeholder management.

  • Comfortable working in a technical environment where multiple systems, integrations and stakeholders need to connect.

  • Able to understand complex structures and turn them into clear priorities, requirements and next steps.

  • A strong communicator who can bridge business needs and technical development.

  • Curious, pragmatic and solution-oriented.

  • Experienced in agile ways of working.

  • Interested in customer experience, conversion and digital optimisation.

  • Ideally familiar with CMS platforms, online booking flows, APIs, integrations or basic coding.

  • Fluent in English and at least one Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian or Finnish).

Location and travel

The preferred location for this role is Stockholm, although other Nordic locations may be considered for the right candidate.

The team works in a hybrid setup, typically spending around 50% of the time in the office and 50% remotely. For Stockholm-based employees, our office is located at Gärdet.

The role includes occasional travel within the Nordics and periodic visits to Belron® Group headquarters in the UK.

About Belron® and Carglass®

Carglass® Nordics is part of Belron®, the world's leading vehicle glass repair, replacement and recalibration group, operating in more than 35 countries and serving millions of customers every year.

Being part of Belron® gives us access to global expertise, innovation and best practices, while still allowing us to focus on the specific needs of customers and businesses across the Nordic markets.

What we offer

  • An important role in improving digital customer journeys across four Nordic markets.

  • The opportunity to work with highly skilled specialists in UX, analytics, CRO/growth and development.

  • Close collaboration with Belron® experts and international teams.

  • A flexible hybrid working environment.

  • Local employee benefits.

  • The opportunity to be part of Spirit of Belron® - a culture built on caring, collaboration and continuous improvement.

  • An important role in helping create digital experiences that make life easier for customers across the Nordics.
