Skills and experiences

You have previous experience with:

• Microsoft 365
• Collaboration tools such as SharePoint online, Teams
• Modern Device management with Intune/SCCM
• Understanding of security components in Entra ID, Purview and Defender suite
• Windows 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop
• Windows 11 and mobile operating systems

Office 365

• Other experience includes:
• PowerShell and other scripting language
• Up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft products

About you

You're a natural communicator who wants to help our partners on their Modern Workplace journey. You will help improve employee mobility, efficiency, teamwork, and security demonstrating your experience in Microsoft 365 suite. Your interpersonal and communication skills help technical and non-technical clients engage with often complex information.

What you'll do

As a Modern Workplace Engineer , your focus is on Workplace Services including desktop solutions, collaboration technologies, Voice solutions and enablement of secure remote working environments.

Day-to-day, you will make upgrades, migrations, and evergreen scenarios. You translate business requirements into technical solutions using Microsoft 365 products, driving their implementations in enterprise environments. You collaborate with cross-functional teams under challenging circumstances to deliver high-quality solutions, manage task backlog for continuous improvement and share best-practices with Global Avanade Team members. Additionally, you apply your expertise in technical and consulting knowledge to advise clients on accurate governance to ensure stability, and to enable them to evolve their environments to support changing business requirements.
