THE POSITION

The Marketing Project Lead is responsible for leading, owning, and coordinating complex, cross-functional brand and marketing initiatives - from go-to-market processes and product launches to brand experience initiatives and content development connected to online and social media. Acting as a strategic and operational partner to senior leadership, this role translates commercial priorities into structured, executable plans and ensures Aarke's brand and market presence is brought to life with precision, coordination, and measurable impact. The role reports to the Head of Brand & Marketing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead end-to-end project management of high-priority, cross-functional commercial initiatives with focus on product launches and go-to-market processes

• Own and maintain project frameworks, timelines, budgets, and governance structures - setting up automated structures for OKR tracking and reporting

• Define, track, and report on KPIs, OKRs, and success metrics for all assigned initiatives, providing clear and regular status updates to senior leadership

• Collaborate closely with senior commercial leadership as a strategic and operational partner, translating priorities into structured, executable plans

• Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers proactively - and drive resolution with the relevant stakeholders

• Build and maintain standardized project management practices and tools, leveraging AI-assisted tools to automate workflows and improve efficiency

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 5+ years in project management or strategic marketing program management

• Proven experience using and building AI-assisted tools to automate workflows and make tasks more efficient

• Proven experience defining, tracking, and reporting on OKRs and setting up automated structures for governance

• Proven experience running complex, multi-stakeholder go-to-market processes

• Experience working as a strategic and operational partner to senior commercial leadership while remaining hands-on in delivery

• Comfortable working at pace across commercial and creative teams

• Background in premium consumer brands is a plus
