Are you at the beginning of your career and looking for an opportunity to grow within marketing in the Life Science industry? We are looking for a structured, proactive, and service-minded Junior Marketing Coordinator to join a cross-functional team in the Stockholm area.

About the Role

You will support the marketing team in the day-to-day business by coordinating campaigns, marketing activities, events, congresses, and seminars. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure successful execution of projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support marketing activities, campaigns, events, and congresses, including the management of marketing materials.
• Collaborate with external agencies and suppliers.
• Support campaign planning, execution, and follow-up.
• Handle purchase orders (POs), invoices, and related administration.
• Ensure activities are executed according to internal processes and industry requirements.

Qualifications

• Relevant education within marketing, communication, business administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English.
• Good digital skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
• Service-minded, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Experience from marketing, administration, project support, or event coordination is an advantage but not required
