We are currently looking for a senior Marketing Communications professional for a well-established international company within regulated Life Science. The assignment is initially consultancy-based, with the possibility of extension and potential permanent employment
About the role as Marketing Communications Manager
The company already has a global communications structure and platform in place, but is now entering a phase where communication, messaging and digital presence need to be further adapted for local markets, while still aligning with the overall global brand strategy and positioning.
The initial focus of the assignment will be to drive and coordinate this work in close collaboration with external brand/communications agencies as well as internal stakeholders across regulatory, clinical and commercial functions.
This is a hands-on and operationally focused role where a key challenge will be balancing impactful marketing communications and brand initiatives with the realities of a highly regulated environment, ensuring messaging and communication remain both effective and fully compliant across markets.
The role requires someone who can quickly create structure, align stakeholders, drive progress and navigate a complex international environment with many cross-functional touchpoints.
At the same time, the client is looking to potentially identify a senior long-term profile for the organization. Someone who is equally comfortable operating hands-on in the current phase as contributing to broader strategic development within marketing, communications and brand going forward.
Who are you?
We are looking for a senior, self-driven and collaborative person with experience from regulated industries within Life Science, MedTech, Pharma or related sectors.Experience from this type of environment is required for the role.
You likely have 7+ years of experience from similar senior Marketing Communications roles within international and regulated industries

You are comfortable working in international and matrixed organizations with many stakeholders and know how to create alignment, structure and momentum across functions and regions.

- combining strategic understanding with a hands-on and operational mindset
You are comfortable working in international and matrixed organizations with many stakeholders and know how to create alignment, structure and momentum across functions and regions.
