On behalf of one of our partners, we are currently seeking a driven and relationship-oriented Omnichannel Manager who wants to make a difference in the Life Science sector.

Do you want to shape the future of customer engagement in a global pharmaceutical company? We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Omnichannel Manager to lead the development of integrated communication and marketing initiatives in a highly regulated environment.

About the Role
As an Omnichannel Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing the company's omnichannel strategy. You will ensure a seamless and relevant customer experience across all channels-both digital and traditional-with a focus on healthcare professionals, patients, and other key stakeholders.
You will work cross-functionally with teams across Marketing, Medical, Sales, and external partners to deliver data-driven and customer-centric campaigns that meet both business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement a comprehensive omnichannel strategy
• Ensure a cohesive customer journey across all relevant channels
• Analyze customer data and insights to optimize campaign performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements in the pharmaceutical industry
• Drive innovation in digital engagement and customer experience

Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Several years of experience in omnichannel, digital marketing, or CRM
• Experience from the pharmaceutical industry or other highly regulated industries is a strong advantage
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
• Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
