Manager Total Rewards

About the role:

For our Total Rewards team, we are looking for an experiencedTotal Rewards Manager & Rewards Business Partnerto help shape and optimize rewards practices across Electrolux.

The role is based at our headquarters in Stockholm. While the position includes some global responsibilities, the primary geographical focus will be Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).

As aTotal Rewards Manager & Rewards Business Partner,you work closely with HR colleagues and business leaders across functions to ensure employees are rewarded in a fair, competitive, and consistent way-aligned with our purpose. You act as a trusted Reward Business Partner, translating strategic priorities into tactical and operational Total Rewards plans that support business needs.

As part of the global Total Rewards team, you contribute to alignment and harmonization of reward practices and support leaders and HRBPs in making timely, well-informed reward decisions.

The team:

You'll be part of a small Global Total Rewards team, based in Stockholm.

We work closely across regions and business areas, share knowledge openly, support each other, and enjoy working on interesting topics that really matter to the business.

In detail you will:

Combine strategic partnership with hands-on delivery across a broad range of Total Rewards activities:
  • Supporting a wide range of operational, tactical, and strategic reward activities, including annual salary reviews, short-term incentive programs, and off-cycle compensation activities.
  • Acting as a Reward Business Partner to a defined part of the business, working closely with HRBPs and leaders to support reward planning and decision-making.
  • Analyzing and evaluating internal and external market data, trends, and insights to provide proactive, data-driven rewards guidance.
  • Coordinating and driving analysis and implementation of reward processes and activities, such as offer management, blue-collar and functional expertise analysis, proactive pay analysis, job evaluation, and job architecture.
  • Contributing to the review and development of Group compensation processes and tools, ensuring they support business needs and enable high-quality reward decisions.
  • Taking part in the assessment and implementation of reward-related technologies, including tools supporting market data management, reward processes, and analytics.
  • Supporting and coordinating training initiatives, helping HR and leaders understand and apply fair, consistent reward practices, processes, and tools.
  • Ensuring Total Rewards are clearly and consistently communicated to HR, managers, and employees.
  • Participating in cross-functional and cross-regional workgroups to support alignment within the broader HR and Total Rewards community.
  • Leading and supporting Total Rewards projects, covering both recurring annual cycles and continuous improvement initiatives.

You're an experienced Total Rewards professional who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You like partnering closely with the business, using data to guide decisions, and translating strategy into practical, fair, and scalable reward solutions.

You're comfortable working in a complex, international environment, enjoy leading through collaboration, and are motivated by making a real impact on both business outcomes and employee experience.

What we're looking for:
  • 5+ years of experience in Total Rewards / Compensation & Benefits.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
  • High proficiency in Excel and data analysis, and confidence presenting findings to HR and business leaders.
  • Good understanding of taxation, social security, and international mobility.
  • Highly collaborative, with proven experience partnering with stakeholders across functions and levels.
  • Experience working with Workday, PowerBI, or similar tools is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English, spoken and written.
