Are you passionate about leading an ambitious marketing team that solidifies Axis technology leadership and drives success of joint partner solutions?
We are now looking for a Manager for Solution & Technology Marketing at Axis headquarters in Lund, to lead a team that enables business growth by making the value of our technologies and joint solutions with partners clear, compelling and relevant to our partners and customers.
Who is your future team?
Solution & Technology Marketing is one of four departments in Solution & End Customer Marketing, part of Global Sales & Marketing. The team consists of ten Global Solution Marketing Managers, one Global Marketing Project Manager and two Global Marketing Coordinators.
What you'll do here as Manager Solution & Technology Marketing?
In this role you lead and provide strategic direction to a team responsible for translating solutions and technologies into compelling market propositions and clear value for our partners and customers. As part of the leadership team in Solution & End Customer Marketing, you will work closely with your peers and collaborate across functions to align priorities, enable business growth, and strengthen Axis position in the market.
You will for example
Set the strategic direction, goals, and priorities for Solution & Technology Marketing in line with our Global Sales & Marketing strategy
Lead, coach, and develop the Solution & Technology Marketing team, creating clarity, accountability in line with Axis core values.
Build strong cross-functional alignment with Product & Technology, Sales, and Marketing leadership
Guide the development of go-to-market strategies, content, processes and tools that support growth
Measure team and marketing impact, using insights and performance data to continuously improve effectiveness and demonstrate business value.

Qualifications:
+5 years of experience as a manager
Experience in product or technology marketing, preferably within a B2B or tech environment.
Experience from international technology companies
