Manager / Senior Manager to our Industrial Strategy team Nordics

Who are we looking for:

We are looking for candidates, who have:

· At least 8+ years of strategy (or comparable) work experience, alsosignificant experience from strategy consulting and its selling,delivery and analysis methodologies

· Deep experience in one or multiple strategy themes, such as growth strategy, cost/productivity turnarounds, operating model transformation and/or technology strategy

· Significant experience & connections from Nordic Industrial and/or Automotive companies

· Value centric way of working and competencies to lead complex quantitative work

· Strong experience from working and building relationships with executive stakeholders

· Strong skills in leading of strategy teams, balancing team performance and people centricity

· Demonstrated success in selling and delivering strategy programs

· Team player attitude

· Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field

· Fluency in English and preferably one or multiple Nordic languages

· Home office at Stockholm (industrial / automotive) or Gothenburg (automotive)

· Ability to travel in the Nordics
