OverviewManager, ERP Business Consultant
Location:Eslöv, Sweden
AtJMA Maskindata, part ofAptean, we develop industry-specific ERP solutions based onMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Business Centralfor customers in the agriculture and construction machinery sector across Sweden and Northern Europe.
We are looking for aManager, ERP Business Consultantto join our team in Eslöv. This role combineshands-on ERP consultingwithlight local leadership, ideal for someone who wants to stay close to customers and projects while supporting a small team.
About the role
This is adelivery-focused position:
- 75-80% hands-on consulting as Lead Consultant on ERP implementations
- 20-25% local leadership and coordination, supporting a small consulting team and collaborating with colleagues in Denmark
You will be part of a close-knit Swedish team within the international Aptean organization and report to JMA's COO in Denmark. This isnot a heavy people-management role-the focus remains on customer delivery, solution quality, and value creation.
What you will do
Consulting & delivery
- Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV ERP implementations
- Own solution design, customer workshops, and project execution
- Ensure projects are delivered on scope, time, and budget
- Monitor project finances, risks, and opportunities
- Collaborate with Sales, Development, and Support teams
Team & coordination
- Support a small team of ERP consultants (2-3 people)
- Foster a collaborative and professional work environment
- Align regularly with Danish colleagues and head office
- Support local organizational activities together with HR
What you bring
- Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV (or similar ERP)
- Background as Senior or Lead ERP Consultant
- Solid understanding of ERP projects, business processes, and project economics
- Commercial mindset and customer-value focus
- Natural leadership and strong communication skills
- Fluency in Swedish and English
