Strategy & Consulting Management Consultant Manager to our Energy & Utilities Industry group in Sweden

The Energy & Utilities Industry Groupin Sweden is looking for a driven, ambitious, and proactive leader who enjoys drawing and explaining the bigger picture, while still having a practical approach and expertise.

As aManagement Consulting Manager you will help drive initiatives that will propel our clients towards innovation, sustainability, and excellence in this ever-evolving sector. As aManager, you will assume a central role in navigating the forefront of advancements and transformations within the Energy and utilities industry.

In this role you will lead project workstreams and provide strategic recommendations to our clients, manage project timelines and resources effectively as well as create value for our clients CxO agenda and strengthen our partnerships.

• Be the trusted partner to our clients, guiding them in the energy transition through challenges within the Energy landscape.
• Create value and identify new opportunities for our clients within the energy & utilities industry.
• AI will play an increasingly important role in the coming years, and we believe that you as a person both have the technology interest, have been exposed to AI work related topics, and are excited to contribute to developing how AI will change the Energy industry.
• Lead data driven/Ai reinvention initiatives for utilities
• Drive and perform analysis and undertake project management activities.

Qualification

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

• 5 - 8 years of relevant professional experience within consulting and/or industry experience in the energy & utilities sector.
• A commercial orientation with the ability to create value and identify new opportunities for our clients together with other Accenture Managers/Senior Managers
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders on C-level.
• Good leadership skills and the ability to lead projects and people.
• The ability to build and maintain a business network within the energy & utilities sector.
• The capability to handle high-paced projects with ownership and execution requirements.
• Relevant higher education with good results.
• A methodical, analytical, and systematic approach.
• Passion for technology, innovative solutions and digital transformations.
• Fluency in English and Swedish.
