Work you will do as a Management Consulting Analyst in Song Advisory
As an analyst in Accenture Song Advisory, you work on real client challenges across the customer agenda. You support teams in shaping growth strategies, designing future operating models, building business cases, and driving large s-caletransformations across marketing, sales, service, and customer experience. Your work combines structured problem solving, analysis and storytelling, while collaborating closely with designers, technologists and industry experts. The role offers early exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to make tangible- impact from the start.

In your role you will

• Work as part of a team on a variety of projects solving complex, customer centric problems

• Apply insights and knowledge to help clients navigate in a changing business environment, optimize their business, and leverage their talent

• Design and implement end-to-end business processes to transform our clients' business

• Collaborate with cross-functional, high-performing teams, learning from each other and supporting each other's development

• Define how the client will evolve to the future state- i.e., the impact of the changes and the steps we will take to help the leaders, employees, customers and others adapt quickly to new ways of working, applying AI as an important part of the consulting toolbox

Qualification

What we're looking for

• You have a masters' degree or will receive your degree within one year of applying

• You have strong academic results in a relevant field

• You can start at Accenture autumn 2026 / winter 2027

• You are an analytical and solution-oriented problem solver with strong business acumen

• You are driven, solution-oriented and eager to start your career in an advisory role

• You love to work across cultures and disciplines

• You take ownership of tasks and can proactively balance individual work with team collaboration

• You have excellent written and oral communication skills in English - knowledge of Swedish is beneficial
