We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join the Operations team at Haglöfs in Stockholm, Sweden.
At Haglöfs, our mission is to inspire and enable people to explore the outdoors - and that starts with the people behind our products. Working at Haglöfs means being part of a collaborative and purpose-driven company where passion for the outdoors meets innovation, sustainability, and continuous development.
As Haglöfs continues its global growth journey, logistics plays a key role in ensuring a seamless and efficient supply chain. In this role, you'll contribute to making that happen by coordinating transportation flows, supporting customs and trade compliance, and driving operational improvements across our logistics network.
About the role
As Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day inbound and outbound transportation together with our logistics service providers and freight partners. Your focus will mainly be on global international freight, while also supporting smaller pallet and parcel flows to stores, wholesale customers, and e-commerce consumers.
You'll play an important role in ensuring efficient and reliable logistics operations by proactively resolving transport-related challenges, managing risks, and following up on transportation costs and performance. A key part of the role involves working with logistics connected to our Distribution Centre, which operates as a bonded warehouse. This includes handling customs processes, import/export documentation, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations and bonded inventory requirements.
You'll also support accurate stock movements in our systems and coordinate the financial administration of inbound goods, from FOB to landed cost. Following up on logistics KPIs such as cost efficiency, lead times, and delivery accuracy - and continuously identifying opportunities for improvement - will be part of your daily work.
The role involves close collaboration across departments including Buying, Customer Service, Warehouse, Finance, and Sales, as well as with external logistics partners. We are a fast-paced and international organisation, and we're looking for someone who is hands-on, structured, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
We believe the ideal candidate brings:
This is a fixed-term position until the end of December 2026, with a preferred start as soon as possible.
You'll join Haglöfs during an exciting phase and have the opportunity to contribute to critical logistics operations in an international environment from day one. Your workplace will be at our headquarters in Alvik, Stockholm. At the end of 2026, we will move to our new, unique headquarters in the attractive Slakthusområdet district.
We review applications on an ongoing basis, and the selection process will include both CV screening and a few initial screening questions.
