Join Dassault Systèmes as a Lead Client Executive and lead one of our most strategic customer engagements within the Transportation & Mobility industry in the Nordics.

We are looking for a senior commercial leader with strong relationship-building capabilities, technical understanding, and the ability to operate independently in a highly international environment. In this role, you will drive long-term business growth, engage with executive stakeholders, and position Dassault Systèmes as a strategic transformation partner for one of the leading industrial companies in the region.

Role Description & Responsibilities
  • Build and develop trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders, including executive management, acting as the primary commercial lead for the account
  • Drive strategic business growth by identifying new opportunities, expanding existing engagements, and aligning customer priorities with the Dassault Systèmes portfolio
  • Lead complex customer discussions around digital transformation, engineering excellence, industrial innovation, and business value creation
  • Coordinate and orchestrate global cross-functional teams internally to ensure high-quality customer engagement and long-term partnership development
  • Develop and execute a long-term account strategy and growth roadmap in close collaboration with industry, technical, and executive stakeholders
  • Operate independently in an international matrix organization, balancing strategic planning with hands-on commercial execution


Qualifications
  • Proven experience from senior B2B sales, strategic account management, or business development within technology, software, engineering, or industrial transformation
  • Strong commercial mindset combined with good technical understanding and the ability to engage credibly in technology-driven discussions
  • Demonstrated experience managing executive stakeholder relationships in complex international environments
  • Self-driven and structured profile with the ability to work independently while coordinating across multiple teams and geographies
  • Fluent in both Swedish and English, written and spoken
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
