Land Surveyor
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team for an exciting new data center construction project in Helsinki metropolitan area. This is a long-term employment opportunity with a project expected to last several years.
What are the main responsibilities?
You will conduct land surveys and perform detailed measurements of the site, prepare and maintain sketches, maps, and reports of legal descriptions of surveys, and verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites. You will collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals on the project, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
What do we expect from you?
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Land Surveyor, proficiency in surveying equipment and software, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail and accuracy, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills in English are required, and Finnish language skills are a plus.
