Beskrivning
We're looking for an experienced Fashion Designer to join our Kids Regional Assortment team and help shape trend-driven collections that connect global vision with local relevance. Based at our Stockholm Head Office, this exciting role focuses on our Equatorial markets - translating global fashion direction into culturally resonant, climate-smart designs and commercially impactful assortments for warm-weather regions.
As a Designer within Regional Relevance, you'll create inspiring, market-tailored collections that speak directly to diverse customers while staying true to the global brand identity. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams across Stockholm and regional markets, you'll help bring extended visual concepts to life, enriching the main collection and elevating regional storytelling through compelling design.
Working alongside the Regional Relevance Team Lead and the wider Design team, you'll co-create concept-led assortments that balance a broad commercial offering with standout fashion moments, exclusive drops, and locally inspired campaigns. The role also offers exciting opportunities for international collaboration and travel - from global inspiration trips to hands-on supplier engagement - giving you the chance to influence fashion on a truly international scale.
Please note: This is a 12-month temporary contract to start.
Who You'll Work With
You will be part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary team of Designers, Product Developers, Planners, Pattern Makers, and a Team Lead.

Who You Are
You are a detail-oriented and fashion-driven designer with a clear point of view and a strong understanding of the global kidswear landscape. You combine creativity with commercial thinking and bring both vision and structure to your work.
