Junior Technology Business Analyst

Nordic Investin has been engaged by a partner company to find a Junior Technology Business Analyst. You want to learn how good digital products are shaped by asking precise questions, mapping real workflows and making ambiguity visible early.

The partner needs an analytical early career colleague to support product and system change. You will work with users, developers and senior analysts to clarify needs and turn them into testable requirements.

The team works across disciplines and expects quality to be shaped throughout discovery and delivery. You will have space to challenge assumptions, make evidence visible and improve how decisions are made.

How you will work

You will join multidisciplinary delivery rather than operate as a final approval step. The partner expects early questions, rapid feedback and clear evidence about what users and systems need. You will help teams decide what to test, measure or prototype before committing to an expensive direction.

You will work with experienced colleagues who review both the outcome and the reasoning behind it. The partner expects curiosity, care and steady growth rather than instant expertise. You will receive real responsibility in controlled steps and clear opportunities to build evidence of your capability.

What you will do

Interview users and document current workflows.

Write clear user stories, process descriptions and acceptance criteria.

Map data, roles and system interactions.

Support backlog refinement and solution workshops.

Trace requirements through testing and release.

Maintain decisions and open questions so teams stay aligned.

What you will bring

Education or early experience in information systems, business, engineering or a related field.

Strong written and verbal communication.

Ability to structure incomplete information.

Interest in software delivery and business processes.

Comfort working with spreadsheets, diagrams and collaboration tools.

Professional English; Swedish is valuable for local stakeholder work.

Experience that would add value

Internship in product, process improvement or IT support.

Basic SQL or API understanding.

Experience from healthcare, logistics, finance or public services.

A background that can succeed here

You may be a recent graduate, operations coordinator or support professional moving toward analysis. We are interested in your reasoning, curiosity and care with detail more than a long list of methods.
