Junior Brand Designer

Visma is one company owning 150+ business software brands, helping more than 2 million customers in Europe and Latin America. We are looking for a junior brand designer to help produce and protect the Visma identity, day in and day out, so it stays sharp wherever people meet it. We recently refreshed our brand identity, and there is a lot still to build. The identity is still evolving, and you will be part of the team shaping where it goes. This is a hands-on role making great work, consistently, every day.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Junior Brand Designer you will join the brand team and take on the day-to-day design production that keeps our brand alive and consistent, while collaborating on the bigger creative work that moves it forward.

• Handle day-to-day design production: layouts, templates, digital and print assets.
• Apply the Visma identity and help keep quality consistent everywhere it shows up.
• Be an all-rounder: One day make sketches for a storyboard, the next work with our UX designer on digital touchpoints, making illustrations, or brainstorm on the look and feel for an event. Occasionally support larger projects like campaigns, events or photoshoots.
• Collaborate with our art director, motion designer, UX designer, marketers and other teams across the organisation.
  

What are we looking for?

• You recently graduated from art or design school.
• You care about good design. You know the rules, you know when to break them, and you keep the bar high while staying pragmatic about what the business needs.
• Solid command of the standard design toolkit (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Genuine interest in AI and a habit of exploring new tools.
• Our team is spread across countries, so whether you work from home or a Visma office, you will need the discipline to run your own day and keep things moving on your own. We are after someone with high drive who takes ownership and pushes their own work forward.
• Clear communication, adaptability, and comfort picking up whatever a project needs.
• Fluent English.
• Agency experience (internships) is a plus.
• If you're near a Visma office, you can work hybrid. Otherwise, fully remote is fine. Either way, you need to be based in Europe, within the Central European (CET) or Eastern European (EET) time zone.
