Assignment Description

We are currently seeking a Service Manager

What You Will Work On

Own and manage end-to-end service delivery within a production environment

Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and quality targets

Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and internal teams

Coordinate cross-functional teams to support service operations

Manage incidents, escalations, and problem resolution processes

Support and drive service improvements, upgrades, and changes

Monitor and report on service performance and operational metrics

Ensure proper documentation, processes, and service readiness

Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders for ongoing improvements

What You Bring

Experience in service delivery, service management, or similar roles

Understanding of industrial IT systems and environments

Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes

Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Experience working with KPIs, SLAs, and service performance tracking

General understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers and systems

Strong communication skills and structured way of working
