ANI Jewels is a Swedish jewelry brand founded in 2022 by Bianca Ingrosso and Lovisa Worge - two women with a strong sense of personal style and a clear design conviction. The brand was built on a simple idea: that fine jewelry aesthetics shouldn't come with a fine jewelry price tag. Every piece is designed in Sweden with a fine jewelry sensibility - considered details, clean lines, and a refined finish. With a growing presence in Sweden and Norway, we are a small, focused team that moves with intention.

We are now looking for an Interim E-commerce & CRM Manager to cover a parental leave period of approximately 12 months.

The Role

You will be responsible for running and optimizing our entire online business. This includes site operations, product launches, CRM, and growth initiatives - all directly tied to commercial performance.

This is not a purely strategic role. You set direction and execute daily. You will work closely with our CEO, COO and Creative Director, and external partners to make sure everything we do online contributes to results.

What You'll Do
  • Own the e-commerce business end-to-end: site management, product launches, merchandising, and campaign execution
  • Own and develop our CRM strategy, including flows, segmentation, and campaigns to drive retention and lifetime value
  • Optimize conversion, AOV, and customer journey through continuous testing and improvements
  • Manage product data, pricing, and site content to maintain a premium and consistent brand experience
  • Analyze performance data (traffic, conversion, retention) and turn insights into concrete actions
  • Plan and execute collection launches and campaigns in line with our commercial calendar
  • Drive new initiatives and projects that improve the online experience and commercial performance
  • Coordinate with external partners and ensure efficient execution across channels

About You

  • You understand how brand, product, and performance marketing connect

Qualifications
  • 3-6+ years of experience in e-commerce and/or digital marketing
  • Proven track record of driving online sales and conversion
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools, preferably Klaviyo
  • Strong command of Shopify and analytics tools (GA4)
  • Fluent in English; Swedish is a strong plus
  • Experience with performance marketing (Meta, Google Ads) is a plus

Scope & Success Metrics

You will be evaluated on clear commercial KPIs:
  • Revenue growth and online sales performance
  • Conversion rate and average order value (AOV)
  • Customer acquisition efficiency (CPA / ROAS)
  • Retention and repeat purchase rate via CRM

Start Date & Scope

As soon as possible but at the latest July/August. This is a temporary position covering a parental leave, with a duration of approximately 12 months. We review applications on a rolling basis and may fill the position before the deadline.

On-site Stockholm, Sweden. You must have the legal right to work in Sweden.
