Who we are looking for
• Completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Overall at least 5 years of professional IFS experience
• Proven experience as an IFS Technical Consultant or in a similar ERP technical role (preferably with IFS Applications 10+)
• Strong knowledge of IFS technical architecture, including IFS middleware, and web services
• Experience with IFS development tools (e.g., IFS Development Studio, IFS Apps 10+)
• Understanding of how IFS supports business processes
• Expertise in system integration, data migration, and customizations within IFS
• Proficient in SQL, PL/SQL, and other relevant programming languages. Nice to have knowledge on Business Process Automation
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in investigating and solving performance issues. Ability to work independently and support the team as a technical lead
• Strong supervisory and coaching skills
• Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Willingness and ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies
• Passionate about innovation and delivery of the latest technologies to your clients
Locations
We are looking for a candidate to join our office in Stockholm, Gothenburg or Malmö. Mobility and flexibility to either work physically at an office (client or Accenture), or in a virtual "home office" is expected. This requires you to both have a high degree of flexibility for travelling to our clients or working with international teams virtually.
