We are looking for HVDC Control & Protection Test Leaders, you will be a part of a dynamic team of test leaders who are striving to plan timelines for testing of our world class control and protection system and ensuring communication with all stakeholders.

Your responsibilities

• As a test lead, you are responsible for insight and understanding of customer specification (contractual insight for testing needs).
• Ensure that procedures and processes used in our testing area are known and implemented during the critical testing phases in our factory system located worldwide.
• Secure that the test quality is maintained and continuous improvement on our testing procedures happens regularly.
• Lead the team and motivate them to follow the time plan, communicate with the organization hierarchy on criticalities of execution and support the team in mitigation and contingency.

Your background

• You hold a bachelor's or master's degree within electrical engineering or sister domains. We are looking for candidates within electric power industry.
• You have an interest in project planning and execution, and you bring your experiences from installation (commissioning)
• You have proven, recorded experience in Hardware in loop along with software testing.
• You are an engaged, ambitious, and driven individual who thrives in a constantly changing environment. You actively seek collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders, valuing diverse perspectives.
• Knowledge and interest in current testing methodologies, industry relevant models are a bonus.
• As you will be part of a global business, fluency in English is required, written, and spoken alike. Svenska is an added merit.

This position is intended with placement at Ludvika High Voltage Center. The site has the combined capability to cover all aspects of our grid connected products, components, and related services.
