The role is based in Stockholm, and reports to the VP HR Corporate Functions

Who we are looking for:

A pro-active and business-minded HR leader to work in close collaboration with senior IT leaders. You bring a strategic mindset, a positive problem-solving approach with a business-first perspective, and a genuine interest in and care for people.

Objectives:

As HR Business Partner at Electrolux, you develop and steer the implementation of your teams' organizational and people development strategy. You do so in close partnership with the leadership team, enabling a high performing learning organization. You act as a key sounding board and coach for senior leaders on leadership, culture, engagement and delivery capability, implement the people plan objectives and build a future-ready organization. You inspire and influence our truly multicultural, global organization.

Key responsibilities:
  • Partner with senior IT leaders across the Group and the Regions on their people and organizational development agenda
  • Develop and steer implementation of the global people plan, and of your respective functional focus areas
  • Capability building - Develop a future-focused capability roadmap and related executional plans, equipping the organization for outstanding performance in the near-term, and constant transformation to prepare for what lays ahead (e.g. organizational design, skills for the future)
  • Transformation & change - Lead and facilitate transformation and organizational change initiatives ensuring buy-in, clarity, engagement and follow-through
  • Talent Management - Ensure ongoing focus on talent and organizational development. With leaders, identify, mentor and grow talent, in support of current and future strategic needs. Build a robust, forward-looking and skills-based succession planning approach.
  • Lead initiatives to enable a learning organization, with particular attention to transferable skills, team and leadership development
  • Bring the extended IT HR Partner community together on talent development, succession planning, employer branding, etc. creating inspiration, engagement and collaboration across teams globally.
  • Advise and follow-through on various engagement programs
  • Contribute to the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion agenda for the organization, holding teams accountable to continue measurable progress and impact


SKILLS & CAPABILITIES:
  • HR business partnering - to thrive in this role, candidates will typically have developed their partnering skillset over an extensive period in a global, multicultural and multi-location setting, including partnership with senior leadership teams
  • Business acumen and critical thinking - preferably built upon a solid academic background
  • A data-driven mindset and approach, you build your decisions and advice on people and business analytics
  • Results-oriented - you distill actions and take ownership, with persistence where needed, to see your actions result in measurable outcomes
  • An ability to influence senior stakeholders to raise leadership and change management capability, engagement and performance (in complex, matrix environments)
  • Ability to advise and coach international and multicultural leaders and teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Experience partnering with a technical or IT organization is a plus
