About this opportunity:

Join the Defense Program Office, a small, high-impact team supporting Ericsson's defense business. The team leads strategic programs, business planning, operational improvement and collaboration across technology, business and market teams.

In this role, you will help strengthen execution, support business growth and build capabilities for secure digital solutions serving defense and national security customers.

What you will do:

• Lead strategic programs and complex business transformation initiatives.
• Establish clear priorities, governance and ways of working.
• Coordinate delivery across teams, functions and organizational boundaries.
• Build alignment among senior leaders, customers, partners and technical experts.
• Turn strategy into measurable results and improve execution discipline.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen capabilities, accelerate delivery and support growth.
• Represent the program office in discussions with executives and external stakeholders.

You will bring:

• Experience leading major programs, transformations or business growth initiatives.
• Background in defense, national security or another mission-critical industry.
• Strong stakeholder management, business and strategic thinking skills.
• A proven ability to deliver results in complex and changing environments.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders.
• A collaborative approach and the ability to build trust across different teams.
• Interest in learning Ericsson's business and technology landscape; specific telecom experience can be developed in the role.

Note : Due to the nature of the role and customer environment, applicants should be citizens of a NATO member nation and be eligible to obtain and maintain the required security clearances.
