Head of B2C Financial Services

We are now looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of B2C Financial services to join our management team. As a key member of the Telia Finance management team, you will be responsible for shaping and implementing strategies that drive growth, enhance customer loyalty, and expand our financial services portfolio. You will be instrumental in aligning our financial offerings with the company's vision, mission, and strategic goals, while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

As Head of B2C Financial Services your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing business strategies aimed at driving growth in financial services, with an emphasis on simplicity, sustainability, and delivering customer value. You will identify new business opportunities through B2C financial services to promote connected living and seamless customer experiences.

In terms of product development, you will lead the creation and management of financial products, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements while fostering innovation and focusing on customer-centric solutions. You will work closely with other group companies to synergize telecom hardware sales with financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and identify new business strategies to drive growth in financial services
• Understand market trends and customer needs, tailoring services to meet evolving demands.
• Lead the development and management of financial products, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in close collaboration with other units at Telia
• Work closely with other group companies to integrate telecom hardware sales with financial services, enhancing joint customer journeys and expanding sales channels.
• Drive strategic initiatives in the unit such as platform changes necessary for the long-term efficiency of the business
• Use insights from data analytics to improve product development, processes, and enhance the customer experience.

Is this you?

To be successful in this position, we believe you have proven experience in a leadership role within financial services, with a strong background in business strategy development and execution. You possess deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and financial product development.

Key competencies:

• Extensive B2C experience, with expertise in developing and executing business and product and strategies within financial services.
• Experience from Commercial and Product development leader roles from the financial industry.
• Experience from working in a management team in financial services.

• Experience from working with Product Development with in-house Software Engineers
• Strong ability to collaborate across departments and build lasting partnerships.
• Expertise in managing outsourced services, ensuring alignment with company standards.
• Fluent in English and Swedish, with proficiency in other Nordic languages considered an advantage.

Telia Finance is a company regulated by the Financial Supervisory Authority and is subject to specific accounting and regulatory requirements. These roles require at least one year of experience in a credit market company or a similar field.
