In this role, you will:
- Take ownership of your allocated client portfolio and build strong, trusted relationships
- Coordinate, schedule, and prioritise planned maintenance activities to ensure minimal disruption and maximum efficiency
- Negotiate and facilitate the best possible outcomes for customers and stakeholders
- Prepare and deliver customer reports in line with agreed service requirements
- Proactively manage and strengthen after-sales relationships, ensuring a positive customer experience and high levels of satisfaction
Who You Are
To be successful in this role, you will bring a customer-focused mindset, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. You will ideally have:
- Proven experience engaging and managing a diverse range of stakeholders
- A strong ability to understand, balance, and meet stakeholder needs and expectations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently
- Strong organisational, planning, and prioritisation skills
- An understanding of servicing and maintenance requirements within the automotive industry (preferred)
- Previous experience within the heavy vehicle, automotive, or a related industry (preferred)
